Frequently asked Questions
Q: What's the best way to get a hold of you?
A: By text, then I will call back as soon as I'm able.
Q: Can you do emergency or after hours appointments?
A: For established Large Animal clients, sometimes depending on the situation. For small animal patients, you are generally better off going to one of the many local ERs.
Q: Can you work on my cow without a squeeze shoot?
A: I am no longer providing services for cattle and pigs.
Q: My dog/cat really hates going to the vet, will they do better with you?
A: Maybe. Realize I'm by myself and many things require a technician to help me (drawing blood, nail trims for example). For the right pet it's doable, but for many it's not without some form of sedation. I can work with you on this.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is collected at the time of service by cash or check.
Q: How about trip charges?
A: When you make an appointment I will give you the cost of the trip and exam, it varies by distance. I think you will find the cost very competitive to what you are used to.
