Cattle and Livestock - Vickers Veterinary Services

I currently offer veterinary care for cattle and livestock across most of Douglas county and the surrounding areas including Highlands Ranch, Lonetree, Parker, Castle Pines, Franktown, Elizabeth, Castle Rock, Sedalia, and Larkspur.

Goats and Sheep

I can help with vaccinations, hoof care, internal medicine, pregnancy detection, kidding and lambing, castration, disbudding, infectious disease, internal medicine, wound care, and health certificates.

Cattle

I offer basic medical services for cows such as herd health testing, calving, pregnancy checks, injury, vaccinations, and health certificates. I need a squeeze chute to work with your beef cattle. 

Pigs

Pot bellied pigs can be tough to handle, but I like them and each one of them requires a different approach. They often require some form of sedation to get things done safely. Companion pigs need vaccinations, deworming, dental and hoof care. I can help with those things and more including surgeries like spays, neuters and entropion surgery. 

Chickens

Backyard Chickens are growing in popularity and a lot of fun. I raise a small flock too. I can provide basic medical care as well as advise on food and housing to make your girls happy and healthy.
